Real estate investing is a business where mistakes can be massively expensive. Sound, sensible real estate investment practices must become your habits quickly if you are to succeed at investing in real estate. A good Real Estate Coach can help with that process. A good real estate coach can do what even the best book or class cannot help you form winning habits.

I begin a architecture hat for kids at Michaels, which was the absolute blush so I didn't accept to acrylic yellow.

The next footfall was to acquisition the glasses, and analytic through the store, I begin these bind containers, and the lids seemed the absolute admeasurement for them.. To accomplish the foreground bottle part, I cut a artificial disposable alembic and alert with hot glue.

To accomplish the eyes, I just cut white cardboard and corrective the eyeballs, and alert in the hat.

In the end the lids were alert to accomplish the glasses, and atramentous cardboard to accomplish the straps.

With the advice of my husband, we put little lights on top of the hat, affiliated with a baby array inside. Then I begin little artificial cups at Party City to accomplish it attending like an ambulance light.

But the absolute lights are not required, just acclimated them because we had them at home.

Interestingly, of all searches performed on makeup, application for a smokey eyeshadow tutorial is at the top of the list.

For instance, some women prefer heavy, smoky eyes while other women prefer a more subtle look. Of course, dark smoky eyes are dramatic, which is why women use this application when going to certain evening events such as the theater, opera, or some other type of Fine or Performing Arts' event. How to Make a Minion Costume Free

Hey, so Mr. Minion here is competing in minion costume contest. The costume took about a week (mostly because of the paper maché dry time) and cost about $50 (less if you already own an exercise ball).

Supplies (there's lots, but hey, it's an awesome costume)

Exercise Ball (slightly wider than yourself)
Paper Maché - Mix 1 part water with 1 part flour an a tsp of salt.
Construction Adhesive (Either Liquid Nails or Loctite will work)
2 empty/new quart size paint cans (sold at Home Depot in the paint section)
    Yellow Spray Paint
    Duct Tape
    Hot Glue
Craft Foam Sheets, 1 black, 1 white
    Utility knife
    small nuts and bolts

Supply Help:
Empty Paint Cans - They sell them right across from the spray paint at my Home Depot. You need 2.

Step 1
Blow up your exercise ball and measure the diameter. Now roll the polywall panel into a tube until it's the same diameter as your ball.

Step 2
(1 part flour, 1 part water, a little salt. Exercise balls have a seam around the middle which really helps in getting a perfect dome. Just paper maché past the seam a little.

Step 3
Attach the paper maché dome to the polywall tube you made in step 1. Let the ledge dry.

I trimmed my dome with scissors to the seam line the ball made in the paper maché. If it doesn't fit, keep trimming the dome little by little until it slides in (or you force it).

Step 4
Cut arm holes and a mouth.

Step 5
Paint the whole thing bright yellow.

Step 6
Make the goggles. You can't cut the bottoms straight off.

Step 7
Make eye balls! Cut a cheap small rubber/plastic play ball in half. Flip the ball inside out. Slide it in the goggle from the side you cut.  Attach with duck tape. Be careful... the paint cans are sharp!

Step 8
Attach the goggles with eyeballs to the minion (now that it has eyes, we'll call it a minion). I taped the paint cans together, ran a bead of construction adhesive around the rims of the paint cans, then taped them to the minion on the sides. Center the eyes right over the seam between the dome and the tube. If you put duck tape on the sides of the cans, the goggle strap will hide it.

Step 9
Cut goggle strap, teeth, and hair from craft foam sheets. Hot glue in place.

Step 10
Hot glue some blue fabric to the minion so he's not naked. Your minion transformation is complete.

Makeup Tutorial

There's always an occasion for a eyeshadow makeup tutorial. For a natural look, summer or glamorous makeup, follow the same steps for the application of the concealer and foundation.

A foundation brush will give you a professional makeup result. Use illuminator to give your skin a natural, summer makeup look.

To give your eyes a professional look use two shades of eyeshadow. For a natural look use natural tones, earthy shades. Pastel shades such as golden-green, or mango green are great choices for summer makeup. For smokey eyes use dark shades and apply a third darker shade along the lash line to the outer corner of the eye. For a professional summer makeup look, use sheer skin enhancer on your eyes, cheeks and d?colletage for a bright and natural glow.

Apply lipstick or gloss with a brush.
To complete your professional makeup use pressed powder to lightly powder your face, nose and under the eyes. Keep in mind the difference between day makeup, night makeup, and special occasions. Day makeup is light and tinted with neutral colors. Night makeup has stronger colors.
